Tracey has been teaching beginners and advanced bread making for many years and her style is incredibly convivial. Her workshop is located in the beautifully restored working Town Mill in Lyme Regis on the Jurassic Coast. Courses run for 2½ hours and as well as making bread, can provide solutions for problems you may have experienced in the past, like dense loaves and exhaustion from kneading and rising issues!
